What Our Clients Say About Us

Grosvenor Leasing has been instrumental in working with both us and Ford on our detailed vehicle requirements including a range of adaptations that meet our specific business needs. Grosvenor has provided us with excellent customer service and value for money. Our vehicle fleet contract remains key in enabling us to meet our customer promises in delivering both an effective and efficient repairs and maintenance service, as well as a homes’ modernisation service. Our partnership with Grosvenor Leasing has been a continuing success story and we would recommend their services.

InCommunities Group Limited
David N Turner - Logistics and Performance Manager

TFL - Grosvenor Leasing has supported our highly diverse and complex fleet for over a decade, delivering services across a broad spectrum of requirements. They not only manage our specialist vehicles extremely professionally, they appreciate the importance of responding quickly to our requirements, which can frequently be urgent due to the nature of the business.

Transport for London
Philip Constable - General Manager

A 15 year relationship is testimony to the great service we receive from everyone at Grosvenor. We are on first name terms with staff, they understand our requirements, are extremely attentive, offer valuable advice and continue to save us time and money.

Ronseal
Julie Bevan - Fleet Manager

Like most companies it's often hard to predict the numbers of vehicles we need, yet we don't want to overcommit and have a surplus of vehicles unused in the car park.

Requirements can change over the course of a year, and by using Grosvenor's Daily Rental solution, combined with a high level of Account Management incorporating Contract Hire and Fleet Management services, provides the peace of mind that we require.

Lisa Garley-Evans - Group Legal Director

FAQs

Q: What fleet sizes does Grosvenor Leasing specialise in?

At Grosvenor Leasing, we have the national capability and range of contract hire and fleet management services to fund and manage some of the largest, and best-known, fleets in the UK. Yet we also work with companies that only run a few cars or vans. Whatever your fleet size or requirement, every customer of Grosvenor receives the same personal attention and very high levels of support.

Q: Do you offer all services relating to vehicle fleets?

Grosvenor Leasing offers the complete range of contract hire and fleet management services. We can provide a complete outsourced solution or offer tailored individual services.

Q: Is my company able to use only 1 service on its own?

Yes, if all you need is a single service, such as online driving licence checks or short term rental, we can provide that as an individual solution.

Q: Who would I deal with on a day-to-day basis?

We have a team of incredibly professional and friendly account managers, and you would be assigned the most suitable person within our team to work with you. They would support you on a day to day basis, and come and see you for review meetings.

Q: Who would my drivers deal with?

This depends on the services you utilise, however every department (e.g. vehicle ordering, maintenance control, rental, accident management etc) offers a superb, personal service to drivers. We’re also proud not to offer automated voice mail queues or call centre systems. Instead, drivers can call in and speak directly to someone who can help.

Q: Is Grosvenor owned by a bank or vehicle manufacturer?

No, we are a privately owned Group of companies with operations that span contract hire, fleet management and vehicle retail and have remained stable and independent for over 35 years.
